Rates are quote on room basis in Thai Baht, 7% VAT 10% Service Charge are included

Compulsory Chinese New Year Dinner per adult Baht 900 and child under 12 years Thai Baht 450

All confirmed bookings require a payment of one night stay.

Check-in Time/ Pre-registration
Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 2.00 p.m. will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in.

Check Out Time/ Day Use Policy
Checkout time is 11.00 am. Late departure is available up to 6:00pm, subject to availability, at 50% of the daily room rate. For check out after 6:00pm, the full room rate will be applicable. Please request at time of reservation.

Child Policy
Accommodation – Children up to twelve (12) years old sharing a room with a parent, using existing bedding, will be accommodated free of charge.

Cancellation

Green Season ( 1 May – 31 Oct ):
Cancellation should be made in 5 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.

High Season ( 1 Nov – 23 Dec & 16 Jan – 30 Apr ):
Cancellation should be made in 15 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.

Peak Season ( 24 Dec – 15 Jan ):
Cancellation should be made 30 days prior to arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellation received by the hotel between 29-20 days prior to arrival will be 1 nigh charged.
Cancellation received by the hotel between 19-7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% from the total value of the booking.
Cancellation received by the hotel between than 7 days prior to arrival day, will be charged fully from total value of the booking.

In case of cancellation the prevailing cancellation policy of the hotel shall apply. An additional fee of 7% for bank and other charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
